With an emphasis on learning and wellbeing and a generous dose of culture and creativity, the region’s social calendar this week offers something for a diverse cross-section of the community.
From the Kiama Readers’ Festival to information sessions for parents of learner drivers, the 500th edition of The Man Walk in Shell Cove to a session offering valuable insights for people living with pain or caring for someone who is, expect food for thought, education and a focus on self-care.
In between are art exhibitions and crafty workshops. Here are our top nine picks for the week.
