Peter Fletcher went missing from Berkeley - have you seen him?

Police are appealing for the public’s help in finding a man who went missing from the Lake Illawarra region on Friday (5 July).

Peter Fletcher, aged 60, was last seen in the evening in the Berkeley area.

When he could not be found or contacted on Monday (8 July), officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District were notified and began inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare.

Peter is described as being of Caucasian appearance, a thin build, about 185 cm tall, with long grey hair, a long beard and a tattoo on his right shoulder.

He is known to frequent the Berkeley, Wollongong and Port Kembla areas.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via the Crime Stoppers website.
