FOUND: Have you seen missing Albion Park teen Jack Smith?

UPDATED 8:10am: Jack was found safe and well in Albion Park, about 8:45 pm on Wednesday (17 July).

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from south of Wollongong.

Jack Smith, aged 14, was last seen in Albion Park on Wednesday 10 July 2024.

When he could not be located, officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District were notified and began inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Jack’s welfare due to his age.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150cm tall, of thin build with brown hair that is short at the front and has a ponytail at the back.

Jack is known to frequent Albion Park, Shellharbour and Warrawong.
