A man has died following a crash at Barrack Heights on Sunday.
A NSW Police spokesperson said emergency services were called to Shellharbour Road, Barrack Heights, about 7:30 pm on Sunday (13 April), following reports that a pedestrian was struck by a car.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the pedestrian, a 40-year-old man. However, he died at the scene.
The driver of the car, a man aged 28, was taken to Shellharbour Hospital for mandatory testing.
NSW Police established a crime scene and have begun an investigation into the incident.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
