Have you seen Clara? Missing woman last seen in Kiama

A 34-year-old woman missing from the South Coast may be in the Illawarra, after last being seen in Kiama, NSW Police say.

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Clara Truss, who was last seen in the vicinity of Kiama railway station about 10:30 am last Thursday (18 July).

When she failed to return home and could not be located or contacted, officers from South Coast Police District were notified and commenced enquiries into her whereabouts.

There are concerns for Clara’s welfare.

Clara is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170 cm tall, of medium build, with long black hair that was tied in a ponytail.

She was last seen wearing a black and white jumper, blue jeans, black boots, carrying a black bag and a smaller black handbag.

Clara is known to frequent the Wollongong, Illawarra and Shoalhaven areas.

Anyone with information about Clara’s whereabouts is urged to contact Nowra Police Station or Crime Stoppers: 1800 333 000.
