UPDATED: Man missing from Warrawong found

UPDATE 11:47 AM: A NSW Police have advised that a 56-year-old man who went missing from Warrawong on Monday has been found safe and well.

Police thanked the public for their support.

EARLIER: Police are asking for help to find a man missing from the Illawarra.

Venco Naumoski, aged 56, was last seen at the intersection of King Street and Northcliffe Drive, Warrawong, about 9 am on Monday (11 August).

When he could not be found or contacted, officers from Lake Illawarra Police District were notified and began inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Venco’s welfare.

Venco is described as being of Eastern European appearance, about 165 cm tall, of medium build, with short grey/white hair.

He was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit top, black Adidas track pants, and black shoes.
