Police are asking for the public to help them find a man who went missing from the Lake Illawarra region this week.
A NSW Police spokesperson said John Brewer, aged 61, was last seen in Windang on Sunday (17 August).
“Officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District were notified on Thursday (21 August) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts,” the NSW Police spokesperson said.
“Police hold concerns for John’s welfare as his disappearance is out of character.”
John is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175 cm tall, of thin build, with an unshaven face.
He is believed to be in the Port Kembla area and may be travelling on an e-bike.
John is known to frequent the Illawarra region.
