UPDATED: Missing Albion Park woman found safe

UPDATED Friday 29 August, 1:40 pm: NSW Police report missing woman Jodie Mills has been found safe.

9:38 am: Police are asking for the public to help locate a woman missing from the state’s South Coast.

A NSW Police spokesperson said Jodie Mills, aged 50, was last seen in Macquarie Street, Albion Park at about 7:50 am yesterday (28 August).

“When she could not be contacted or located, she was reported missing to officers at Lake Illawarra Police District,” the NSW Police spokesperson said.

“Police have concerns for her welfare.”

Jodie is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165 cm tall, with a medium build, and brown hair.

The NSW Police spokesperson said she could be driving a white Mitsubishi station wagon with NSW registration DL60TB.

Jodie is known to frequent the Albion Park and surrounding coastal areas.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via the Crime Stoppers website.
