Did you know 27 million toys go to landfills every year in Australia?

This sustainable community event invites families to exchange pre-loved toys, discover new treasures, and connect with others. Come play, learn, and make a positive difference for our community and the planet!

What to Expect at the Swap:

  • Bring toys, games, and books in good, working condition.
  • Ensure items are clean and ready for reuse.
  • Discover the value of sustainability and reusing.
  • Meet others who care about the community and environment.
  • Enjoy making a positive impact!

Simple Guidelines:

  • Bring no more than a bagful of items to swap.
  • Only share items you’d happily give to a friend.
  • No battery-operated toys, please.
  • We may decline unsuitable items, which you’ll need to take home.

This event is supported by Joy of Giving and the Friends of Wollongong City Libraries.

Free, no bookings are required – just drop in.
