NSW Police are calling on the public to help locate a 13-year-old girl missing from the Lake Illawarra region.
Sophia Pro-Whitfield was last seen at a shopping centre in Shellharbour about 8 pm on Thursday (16 October).
When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District were contacted and began enquiries into her whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for Sophia’s welfare due to her age.
Sophia is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160 cm tall, of a thin build, with an olive complexion, and dyed red hair.
She was last seen wearing a long-sleeved camouflaged top and khaki pants.
Sophia is known to frequent the Shellharbour and Dapto areas.
