Katelin McInerney grew up in Kiama and attended Minnamurra Public and Kiama High. She lives in the town with partner Brian and their son. Katelin has worked as a journalist, communications specialist and campaigner with unions and not-for-profits. She ran for the ALP in Kiama in the 2023 State election.
