Flagstaff is a not for profit social enterprise providing life skills and work for people with disabilities in a supportive and inclusive environment.
As a registered NDIS provider, Flagstaff offers a number of community programs and operates a number of businesses with the purpose of providing employment for people with a disability and encouraging a world that only sees abilities.
Flagstaff Life Choices provides NDIS supports offering unique training and activities for people with a disability across school to work pathways, supported employment, skills development, wellbeing, social inclusion and support coordination.
Flagstaff’s blend of modern technology and skills development provides opportunities for our supported employees is what makes us unique and a local leader in commercial laundry services and yet a provider of jobs for people with disability, refugees and youth.
Flagstaff Paper to Paper division has been operating for 26 years and is the Illawarra and Shoalhaven Council Area’s largest white paper and cardboard collection service processing over 16,000 tonnes of paper, cardboard and plastic each year. Flagstaff Paper to Paper employs over 40 people with disabilities
