Learn about native gardens and bush medicine on Wednesday 8 October. Photo: Wollongong City Libraries.

We open the heart and connect the spirit as we walk gently with respect, weaving culture, people and place.

Join Jesse for a yarn on the living kin of our native plants — learning their personalities, healing qualities, and the ways they care for our bodies, spirits and Country.

For people with disability and their carers/families.

There are two sessions available:

  • 10 am-11 am (Auslan interpreted)
  • 11:30 am-12:30 pm

Free, but bookings are essential. To reserve your spot, please email [email protected]

This event is one of the many reasons to have a library card. Don’t have one? It’s free and easy to join online!
