Have you seen Ellen?

Police are asking for the public to help them find a woman missing from the Illawarra region.

Ellen Lindquist, aged 29, was last seen in Warrawong about 9 pm on Wednesday (11 February).

When she could not be found, officers from Lake Illawarra Police District were notified and began inquiries into her whereabouts.

A NSW Police spokesperson said initial inquiries indicate Ellen may have been in Dapto on Thursday (12 February).

Police and her family have concerns for her welfare as she lives with medical conditions.

Ellen is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160 cm tall, with a solid build and dark hair.

She was last seen wearing purple leggings, a black sports bra and slip-on shoes.

Ellen is known to frequent Warrawong, Dapto, Wollongong and Nowra.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Lake Illawarra Police District or Crime Stoppers on 1800 000 333.
