Police are asking the public to help them find a man missing from the Illawarra.
Jason Murphy, aged 47, was last seen in West Wollongong in early September 2025.
Police were notified on Wednesday, 22 October 2025. He could not be located, so officers from Wollongong Police District began inquiries into his whereabouts.
A NSW Police spokesperson said police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
Jason is described as Caucasian in appearance, 165 cm tall, of medium build, with grey and black hair and a long grey beard.
It is not known what he may be wearing.
Jason is known to frequent the West Wollongong and surrounding areas.
