Police are asking for the public to help them find Tamina Williams.
Tamina is a 14-year-old girl from Sydney’s north-west who is known to frequent Wollongong, among other areas.
A NSW Police spokesperson said Tamina was last seen on Kidman Street in Glenwood, about 2:30 pm on Sunday (28 September).
When she could not be found or contacted, officers attached to Riverstone Police Area Command were notified and began inquiries into her whereabouts.
“Police hold concerns for Tamina’s welfare given her age,” the NSW Police spokesperson said.
“Tamina is described as being of Pacific Islander or Maori appearance, and is about 170 cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair and brown eyes.
“She is known to frequent the Wollongong, Riverstone, Blacktown, and Sydney CBD areas, as well as the Australian Capital Territory.”
