Motorists are urged to avoid Memorial Drive between Park Road and Bellambi Lane, after a serious crash in the early hours of this morning.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said a woman in her 20s was flown to St George Hospital about 3:50 am with serious head and chest injuries.
The woman, a cyclist, had been struck by a car.
The road was closed in a southbound direction, and police are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
