Meet our loveable Pets of the Week looking for forever homes while in care with Wollongong Pet Connection.
Cat of the week: Puddle
Puddle is a delightful kitten with confidence to spare and a touch of sass that makes her incredibly charming. She’s curious, playful and outgoing and is usually the first to investigate something new. Puddle loves people, enjoys interaction and has a bold, adventurous spirit.
She shares an inseparable bond with her brother Smudge and the two are rarely apart. Puddle is often the confident leader, gently encouraging Smudge and helping him feel safe and secure as they explore the world together. Whether they’re chasing toys, zooming around the house, or curling up for a nap, these two do everything side-by-side.
Puddle is affectionate in her own way – she loves attention, enjoys play and interaction and is happy being part of a busy household environment where she can burn energy, explore and then settle in for cuddles.
Together with Smudge, she forms a perfectly balanced bonded pair – sass and sweetness, confidence and cuddles, ready to bring joy, fun and companionship to their forever home.
No, you’re not seeing double! Puddle and brother Smudge come as a double act. Photo: Wollongong City Council.
Cat of the week: Smudge
Smudge is a stunning black kitten with a big heart and an even bigger love of company.
He’s affectionate, loving and social once he feels comfortable and he truly thrives on human interaction. Smudge loves playtime, exploring new spaces, and most of all food (treats are a great way to win him over!).
Smudge blossoms with love and attention and with sister Puddle by his side, he’s even more confident.
Together, Smudge and Puddle are a beautiful bonded duo ready to bring double the fun, love and companionship to their forever home.
