Meet our loveable Pets of the Week looking for forever homes while in care with Wollongong Pet Connection.

Cat of the week: Tibby

Meet Tibby!

Tibby is a two-year-old short-haired tabby cat. A delicate soul with a heart full of love, she’s just waiting for the right home to help her shine.

A little anxious and very shy at first, with patience and kindness Tibby will warm up and show you her sweet, affectionate side.

Tibby is highly food motivated and very gentle. She loves feather toys and quiet playtime.

She is litter trained and would thrive as the only pet in a patient, calm household.

Tibby is ready to find a safe, loving space where she can blossom into the sweet companion she’s meant to be. Could that be with you?

If you’re after an affectionate and easygoing friend to brighten up your kitchen bench, Pixie is the girl for you. Photo: Wollongong City Council.

Cat of the week: Pixie

Meet Pixie!

Pixie is a two-year-old tortoiseshell tabby. Gentle and affectionate, Pixie loves nothing more than relaxing on her cozy bed and enjoying head scratches from her favorite humans.

She’s playful and curious, especially when toys are involved, but she also has a quiet, calm side that makes her the perfect companion for a peaceful home.

Pixie loves cuddles and is litter trained.

She would thrive in a loving home with no other animals.

Pixie is ready to bring love and serenity to her forever family. Could that be you?

To arrange a meet-up with Tibby or Pixie, fill out the apply to adopt form on the Wollongong City Council website. A council officer will contact you to arrange a meet and greet with your potential new furry friend at a convenient location to you. Tibby and Pixie come microchipped, desexed, vaccinated, flea and worm checked and lifetime registered.

Previous Wollongong Pet Connection Pet of the Week Darla has found her furever home, but Elena is still on the prowl.
