Police appeal for help finding wanted man

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 45-year-old man wanted on outstanding arrest warrants in Wollongong.

Richard Mullan is wanted on outstanding arrest warrants in relation to break and enter offences.

Officers from Wollongong Police District have begun inquiries into his whereabouts and are asking anyone with information to contact them.

Richard is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150cm tall, of medium build, with a shaved head and brown eyes.

He is believed to be in the Surry Hills area, and is known to frequent Wollongong and Macquarie Fields. He also has connections to Shellharbour, Nowra, Moorebank and Liverpool.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call Wollongong Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Information will be treated in strict confidence.
